NOVA BCA Membership Package for Captains

Reserve a spot for your team in NOVA BCA! Package includes annual memberships for you (the captain) and 3 teammates. Annual dues are $40 per player (package price: $160). Competing players will be responsible for paying $10 green fees each week — meaning that the 4-5 selected from the roster of 10 are responsible for this (and not the entire roster). While team rosters max out at 10 players (with 5 competing each week), the minimum number of players you can bring to a match and avoid forfeits is 4. Your 5th player would play a “makeup” at a later date to complete the score for the match. Scheduling makeups are the responsibility of the team that was “short” — with any forfeits costing the team an additional $10 each. ADDITIONAL NOTES — No team uniforms or specialized equipment required to compete in our league. Risk of injury is non-existent. Weather cancelations and rescheduling are extremely rare. While shooting pool can be a light and lively activity, the players who excel will identify a surprising number of opportunities for professional development. Concentration, composure, strategy, commitment, execution, leadership, and more will be exercised throughout the experience.

- Beyond this purchase, the captain and his teammates are required to complete a short membership application. In addition, the team captain should complete our team signup sheet. Both forms should be submitted on the team’s first night of play. The forms and more are available from the main menu: Join Us -> Startup/Teams.
In order to participate in NOVA BCA tournaments, you must first purchase an annual membership – then take care of the entry fee for the tournament. Annual membership is a once-per-year purchase. Those joining a team in league play must first purchase an annual membership – then take care of green fees of $10 for each match as she/he is chosen to play by the team’s captain. This is payable Wednesday night to the captain.
